Don't assume...make sure you are on the 2026 Voters List!
With the transition from MPAC to Elections Ontario for administration of this year’s Municipal Election, residents are strongly encouraged to confirm that they are included on the voters list and that their mailing address information is current and accurate.
The shift to Elections Ontario managing the municipal voters list means that all voter registration, updates, and corrections now go through Elections Ontario — not the municipality or MPAC. The municipality no longer builds the voters’ list from MPAC data.
Seasonal and cottage property owners must register through Elections Ontario.
Check the voters list today, don't wait to find out on voting day!

Road Closures for Culvert Replacements

Please be advised the following roads will be closed on dates and times indicated for culvert replacements:

June 15th & June 16th from 8 am until 4 pm - South Lake Bernard Road from 911# 2066 [Glen Bernard Camp] to Gilchrist Trail

June 17th & June 18th from 8 am until 4 pm - Chapman Strong Boundary Road from 911# 452 to 492

June 22nd & June 23rd from 8 am until 4 pm - Rodeo Road [sharp corner] from 911# 954 to 771

Please use alternate routes on the days shown!

Road Conditions

(June 11, 2026) Machar Strong Boundary Road is OPEN. With continued rain and high water, please drive with caution.  

South Lake Bernard Road at the Pool Lake outlet is open with one lane only until further notice.

The Public Works Department are continuing to do work, so we ask that you please use caution, adhere to signage and barriers, and watch out for staff and equipment.

Ball Hockey

Youth and adult ball hockey programs run in early spring, taking place inside the arena facility on the ice pad.
