The Gravel Tenders were opened with prices as follows: Seegmiller $9.41 cm; Lowe Const. $9.50 cm MacFarlane $12.90 cm and Brooks $12.98 cm. The contract was awarded to Seegmiller

Be it resolved that this Council does hereby award the 2002 Gravel Tender #Strong 01-2002 to E. E. Seegmiller at a price of $9.41 per cubic meter Carried

Be it resolved that this Council does hereby adopt the minutes of meetings as circulated:

Be it resolved that this Council does hereby approve a donation of approx. $150 to the Lake Bernard Property Owners to pay for summer water testing Carried

Be it resolved that this Council does hereby revise by-law #2002 – 1452 being the Property Standards by-law by deleting Section 8.2 regarding fees to register complaints. Carried

Be it resolved that this Council does hereby authorize the Clerk to attend the New Municipal Act seminar on Wed. Sept. 25^th 9-4 at Orillia by Rusty Russell and Doug Christie with a fee of $90 Carried

Council reviewed upcoming by-laws; applications for JEPP funding for the Emergency Plan; road matters.
