Be it resolved that this council does hereby adopt the minutes of meetings as circulated:

Be it resolved that this council does hereby approve issuing a building permit for a 12’ x 16’ shed at 42 Forest Lake Rd providing the shed is used as listed in the March 10th 2005 letter from the owner. Carried
Be it resolved that this council does hereby approve the Good Friday and Easter Sunday closure of Land Fill #1 and #2. CD
Be it resolved that this council does hereby approve payment of the balance of the Fire Dept. Expenses $16,418.95 to the Village of Sundridge. Carried
Be it resolved that this council does hereby name the following to represent our area for the new North Bay Parry Sound Health Unit as “Sally Harper” Carried
Be it resolved that this council does hereby approve a donation of $100 to the Sundridge and South River Figure Skating Carnival to be held in South River. Carried
Update on ARI; Blue Sky; AHIC; Red Cross meeting at South River Apr.14.05 1:30 pm; Pevensey Boundary Bridge; Provincial Policy Statement 2005 seminar; Village of South River – Lure of Almaguin; Essentials of Fire Protection Seminar;
Be it resolved that this council does hereby authorize attendance at the Parry Sound Municipal Assoc. Spring Meeting on April 25th at $20 per person for the following: Stephen Rawn, Chris Ellis; John Newstead; Sally Harper; Diana Georgie and Sharon Sohm. Carried
Be it resolved that this council does hereby enact by-law 2005 – 1500 being a by-law to stop up, close and convey to adjoining owners the original shore road allowance fronting their properties and having read the by-law the required readings. Carried
Be it resolved that this council does hereby approve and authorize Sally Harper to attend the Seminar “Municipal Conflict of Interest” at Orillia, with a fee of $53.50 Carried
Be it resolved that this council does hereby enact by-law 2005 – 1501 being a by-law to stop up, close and convey to adjoining owners the original shore road allowance fronting their properties and having read the by-law the required readings. Carried
Be it resolved that this council does hereby adjourn at 8:00 pm to meet again in April 2005. Carried
