BEING a By-law to enter into an Agreement

WHEREAS The Township of Strong and the Village of Sundridge may enter into an agreement to supply, except as limited or excluded “fire protection services to the Township of Joly in the fire area.

NOW THEREFORE THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWNSHIP OF STRONG DOES HEREBY ENACT AS FOLLOWS:

1. That the Township of Strong and the Village of Sundridge enter into an agreement to supply, except as limited or excluded “fire protection services to the Township of Joly in the fire area for the period January 1^st 2008 to December 31^st 2010.

2. That the Mayor and the Clerk are hereby authorized to execute the documents

by signature and seal of the Corporation of the Township of Strong.
