BEING a by-law to temporarily close a portion of a

street in the Township of Strong

WHEREAS pursuant to the provisions of the Section 42, and also Section 27(1) of the Municipal Act, 2001, Municipalities may pass by-laws to temporarily close a street within its boundaries;

AND WHEREAS it is deemed expedient to temporarily close a portion of a street or road described as Robins Road, that section being at Concession 4 between Lot 9 and 10 in order to complete replacement of the Robins Road Bridge;

NOW THEREFORE THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWNSHIP OF STRONG DOES HEREBY ENACT AS FOLLOWS:

1. That the portion of the Road described as Robins Road and the section being at Concession 4, between Lots 9 and 10 in order to compete Bridge Replacement to the Robins Road Bridge be Closed from approximately August 1^st 2007 to May 31^st 2008.
