THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWNSHIP OF STRONG

BY-LAW #2007 – 1542

 

BEING a By-law to Stop up, Close and Convey to adjoining Owners

Part of the Original Shore Road Allowance fronting their property

 

WHEREAS The Council of the Corporation of the Township of Strong has deemed it expedient and in the interest of the Township of Strong hereinafter called the Township, and that the Original Shore Road Allowance be stopped up, closed and conveyed to the adjoining land owner(s) and as follows:

 

1.                    Part of the Original Shore Road Allowance in front of Con 6, Lot 17, Plan82, Lot 5,  Pin  52075-0174 (LT) Township of Strong, District of Parry Sound and more particularly described as Part 1 on a Plan of Survey deposited in the Office of Land Titles at Parry Sound as Plan 42R17794, 13 Turtle Rock Lane

 

2.                    Part of the Original Shore Road Allowance in front of Con 8 Lot 27 Plan M49, Lot 16 and Lot 17, Parcel  26922,  Parry Sound South Section, Pin #52075-0043 (LT) Township of Strong, District of Parry Sound and more particularly described as Part 1 and Part 2 on a Plan of Survey deposited in the office of Land Titles at Parry Sound as Plan 42R17564,  484 Lakeshore  Dr.

 

 

AND WHEREAS notice of the proposed by-law was published once a week for four successive weeks in the Almaguin News and Marketplace Newspapers published weekly in the District of Parry Sound.

 

AND WHEREAS notice of the proposed by-law was posted up for at least a month in the most public place in the neighbourhood of the said roads;

 

NOW THEREFORE THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWNSHIP OF STRONG DOES HEREBY ENACT AS FOLLOWS:

 

1.                  That upon and after the passing of this By-law all that portion of the Original Shore Road Allowance as outlined above, in the Township of Strong, District of Parry Sound, be and the same, is hereby stopped up and closed and conveyed to the adjoining Land Owner.

2.                  A copy of this by-law will be Registered on Title at the Time of Registering the Deed for the Lands.  The Mayor and Clerk are hereby authorized to execute the deed for the Land
