THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWNSHIP OF STRONG

BY-LAW 2006 – 1534

BEING a by-law to provide for Advance Votes

To be held prior to voting day

WHEREAS Section 43(1) of the Municipal Elections Act, SO 1996 provides that a Municipal Council shall pass a by-law establishing one or more dates for an Advance Vote, and the hours during which voting places shall be open on that date or dates.

NOW THEREFORE the Council of the Corporation of the Township of Strong does hereby Enact As Follows:

1. An Advance Vote shall be held on the 9^th day of October 2006 between the hours of 9 am to 3 pm at the Municipal Office at 1713 Hwy #11 Sundridge, ON

2. A Second Advance Vote shall be held on the 11^th day of October 2006 between the hours of 3 pm to 8 pm at the Municipal Office at 1713 Hwy #11 Sundridge, On.
