THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWNSHIP OF
STRONG
BY-LAW 2006 1532
BEING a by-law to amend the Zoning by-law
#93 1307 as amended
WHEREAS the Council of the Corporation of the Township of Strong is empowered to pass by-laws to regulate the use of land pursuant to Section 34 of the Planning Act, 1990;
AND WHEREAS the owner of certain lands in the Township of Strong has made application to the Township of Strong to amend by-law #93-1307 for the purpose of rezoning those lands;
AND WHEREAS such application conforms to the policies of the Township of Strong Official Plan;
NOW THEREFORE the
Council of the Corporation of the Township of Strong ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. Schedule A to Zoning by-law 93-1307 as amended is hereby further amended by changing the zoning on lands for Part of Lot 31 and 32 Con 13 from Commercial Highway (CH) Zone to Rural Exception Ten (RU10) Zone as shown on Schedule A 1 attached to and forming part of this by-law.
2. Section 4.4 Rural (RU) Zone of By-law #93 1307 is hereby amended to add the following subsection after section 4.4.4 Exceptions:
Section 4.4.4.10 Rural Exception Ten (RU 10) Zone (Lot 31 and 32, Con 13 )
In all respects the provisions of the Rural (RU) Zone shall apply
3. The Ministry of Transportation advised that access shall be restricted to the Right-of-Way being Part 3 on Plan 42R17551.
4. This by-law shall come into force on the date of passage hereof and take effect in accordance with the provisions of the Planning Act, 1990 as amended.
