THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWNSHIP OF STRONG

BY - LAW #2005 - 1515

BEING a By-law to provide for a Tariff of Fees

WHEREAS the Municipal Act, 2001 Section 99 provides for the fixing the amount of fees to be charged for the approval and installation of signs along township roadways,

AND WHEREAS it is deemed appropriate to fix a fee for this service

NOW THEREFORE the Council of the Corporation of the Township of Strong does hereby enact as follows:

1. That all signs installed by TODS for direction purposes to recreational

facilities be charged a fee of $15.00 per business sign installed.

2. That all such fees be deposited in the Township General Funds account

3. That By-law 98-1383 is hereby repealed.
