THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWNSHIP OF STRONG

 BY – LAW #2005 - …………

BEING a By-law to Stop up, Close and Convey to adjoining Owners

Part of the Original  and Part of the Shore Road Allowance at the property

 

WHEREAS the Council of the Corporation of the Township of Strong has deemed it expedient and in the interest of the Township of Strong hereinafter called the Township that the Original  Road Allowance be stopped up, closed and conveyed to the adjoining land owner(s) and as follows:

                Part of the Original Road Allowance at Con 10, Between Lot 20 and 21, Township of Strong, District of Parry Sound, and more particularly described as Part 1 on a Plan of Survey deposited in the office of Land Titles at Parry Sound as Plan 42R13088.

 

                Part of the Original Shore Road Allowance at Con 10 Between Lot 20 and 21 Township of Strong, District of Parry Sound and more particularly described as Part 2 on a Plan of Survey deposited in the office of Land Titles at Parry Sound as Plan 42R13088.

 

AND WHEREAS notice of this By-law has been published  in the Almaguin News and Marketplace newspapers published weekly in the District of Parry Sound;

AND WHEREAS Notice of this has been Posted up for at least one month in the most public places in the neighbourhood of the said road to be stopped up, closed and conveyed;

NOW THEREFORE the Council of the Corporation of the Township of Strong does hereby Enact as follows:

1.                   That upon and after the passing of this By-law all that portion of the Original and Shore Road Allowance as outlined above, in the Township of Strong, District of Parry Sound, be and the same, is hereby stopped up and closed and conveyed to the Adjoining Land Owner.

2.                   A Copy of this by-law will be Registered on Title at the Time of Registering the Deed.
