AND WHEREAS notice of the
proposed by-law was published once a week for four successive weeks in the
Almaguin News and Marketplace Newspapers published weekly in the District of
Parry Sound.
AND WHEREAS notice of the
proposed by-law was posted up for at least a month in the most public place in
the neighbourhood of the said roads;
NOW THEREFORE THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWNSHIP OF STRONG DOES HEREBY ENACT AS FOLLOWS:
1. That upon and after the passing of this By-law all that portion of the Original Shore Road Allowance as outlined above, in the Township of Strong, District of Parry Sound, be and the same, is hereby stopped up and closed and conveyed to the adjoining Land Owner.
2.
A copy of this by-law will be Registered on Title at the Time of
Registering the Deed for the Lands.
3.
The Mayor and Clerk are hereby authorized to endorse the deeds to
transfer ownership.
