1. Part of the Original Shore Road Allowance in front of Con 8, Pt. Lot 28, Plan M49 Lot 29 Parcel 5836 Parry Sound South Section, Township of Strong, District of Parry Sound, and more particularly described as Part 1 on a Plan of Survey deposited in the office of Land Titles at Parry Sound as Plan 42R16744 - 524 Lakeshore Dr
2, Part of the Original Shore Road Allowance in front of Con 4 Pt. Lot 21 Plan PSR 641, Part 25 & Part 27, Parcel 12712 Parry Sound South Section, Township of Strong, District of Parry Sound, and more particularly described as Part 6 on a Plan of Survey deposited in the office of Land Titles at Parry Sound as Plan 42R - 7386
AND WHEREAS notice of the proposed
by-law was published once a week for four successive weeks in the Almaguin News
and Marketplace Newspapers published weekly in the District of Parry Sound.
AND WHEREAS notice of the proposed
by-law was posted up for at least a month in the most public place in the
neighbourhood of the said roads;
NOW THEREFORE THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWNSHIP OF STRONG DOES HEREBY ENACT AS FOLLOWS:
1. That upon and after the passing of this By-law all that portion of the Original Shore Road Allowance as outlined above, in the Township of Strong, District of Parry Sound, be and the same, is hereby stopped up and closed and conveyed to the adjoining Land Owner.

copy of this by-law will be Registered on Title at the Time of Registering the
Deed for the Lands.
