BEING a By-law to Change the Title

For the Head of Council

WHEREAS Section 220 of the Municipal Act, 2001, SO c25 as amended provides that a Council may change the titles for its head of council and other members of council.

NOW THEREFORE the Council of the Corporation of the Township of Strong does hereby enact as follows:

1. That Council does hereby change the title of the Head of Council from Reeve to Mayor

2. That the effective date of the change is December 1^st 2003
