TOWNSHIP
OF STRONG
TAKE NOTICE: As
per Resolution 2011-377 (not adopted by Council) regarding by-law 2011-034 Council chose to
defer a decision on this by-law until the January 10, 2012 meeting.
Take Notice that the Council
of the Township of Strong proposes to consider a by-law to stop up, close and
sell to adjoining land owners that portion of the Original Shore Road Allowance
fronting their property more particularly described as follows:
1. Part of the Original Shore Road Allowance in front of Lots 14 and 15, Concession 4, Township of Strong, District of Parry Sound, and more particularly described as Part 1, on a Plan of Survey deposited in the office of Land Titles at Parry Sound as Plan 42R 19515.
2. Part of the Original Shore Road Allowance in front of Lot 14 & 15 Concession 4, Township of Strong, District of Parry Sound, and more particularly described as Part 2 on a Plan of Survey deposited in the office of the Land Titles at Parry Sound as Plan 42R19515
3. Part of the Original Shore Road Allowance in front of Lot 14 Concession 4, more particularly known as Part 3 and Part of Block C, Plan M-69 more particularly known as Part 4, Township of Strong, District of Parry Sound on a Plan of Survey deposited in the office the Land Titles at Parry Sound as Plan 42 R19515
A Copy of the
plans deposited in the Office of Land Titles may be inspected in the Clerk’s
office during regular business hours.
AND FURTHER TAKE NOTICE that before enacting the
proposed by-law at its meeting to be held at the Township of Strong office at 7:00
pm on January 10, 2012 the Council of the Township of Strong shall then and
there hear in person or by his counsel, solicitor or Agent, any person who
claims that his land will be prejudicially affected by the said by-law and
applies to be heard.
