Part of the Original Shore Road Allowance fronting
their property
1. Part of the Original Shore Road Allowance in front of Con. 7, Part of Lot 18, Township of Strong, District of Parry Sound, and more particularly described as Part 1 and 2, P.I.N. all of 52075-0122(LT) on a Plan of Survey deposited in the office of Land Titles at Parry Sound as Plan 42R 19094.
AND WHEREAS notice of the
proposed by-law was published in the Almaguin News published weekly in the
District of Parry Sound on May 20, 2010
and June 3, 2010 as per Road
Closing By-law Policies.
AND WHEREAS notice of the
proposed by-law was posted up for at least a month in the most public place in
the neighbourhood of the said roads;
NOW THEREFORE THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWNSHIP OF STRONG DOES HEREBY ENACT AS FOLLOWS:
1. That upon and after the passing of this By-law all that portion of the Original Shore Road Allowance as outlined above, in the Township of Strong, District of Parry Sound, be and the same, is hereby stopped up and closed and conveyed to the adjoining Land Owner.
2.
A copy of this by-law will be Registered on Title at
the Time of Registering the Deed for the Lands and easements registered on title
to Bell Canada as required.
3.
That property owners are aware of the current Zoning
By-law designation which restricts development on the property.
