THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWNSHIP OF STRONG

BY-LAW #2011-034

 

BEING a By-law to Stop up, Close and Convey to adjoining Owners

Part of the Original Shore Road Allowance fronting their property

 

WHEREAS The Council of the Corporation of the Township of Strong has deemed it expedient and in the interest of the Township of Strong hereinafter called the Township, and that the Original Shore Road Allowance be stopped up, closed and conveyed to the adjoining land owner(s) and as follows:

 

1.        Part of the Original Shore Road Allowance in front of  Lots 14 and 15, Concession 4,   Township of Strong, District of Parry Sound, and more particularly described as Part 1, on a Plan of Survey deposited in the office of Land Titles at Parry Sound as Plan 42R 19515.

2.         Part of the Original Shore Road Allowance in front of Lot 14 & 15 Concession 4, Township of Strong, District of Parry Sound, and more particularly described as Part 2 on a Plan of Survey deposited in the office of the Land Titles at Parry Sound as Plan 42R19515

3.         Part of the Original Shore Road Allowance in front of  Lot 14 Concession 4, more particularly known as Part 3 and Part of Block C, Plan M-69, more particularly known as  Part 4, Township of Strong, District of Parry Sound, on a Plan of Survey deposited in the office the Land Titles at Parry Sound as Plan 42 R19515

 

 

AND WHEREAS notice of the proposed by-law was published in the Almaguin News published weekly in the District of Parry Sound on November 24, 2011 and December 1, 2011 and December 8, 2011 as per Road Closing By-law Policies.

 

AND WHEREAS notice of the proposed by-law was published in the Almaguin News published weekly in the District of Parry Sound on December 22, 2011, December 29, 2011 and January 5, 2012.

 

AND WHEREAS notice of the proposed by-law was posted up for at least a month in the most public place in the neighbourhood of the said roads;

 

NOW THEREFORE THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWNSHIP OF STRONG DOES HEREBY ENACT AS FOLLOWS:

1.                  That upon and after the passing of this By-law all that portion of the Original Shore Road Allowance as outlined above, in the Township of Strong, District of Parry Sound, be and the same, is hereby stopped up and closed and conveyed to the adjoining Land Owner.

2.                  A copy of this by-law will be Registered on Title at the Time of Registering the Deed for the Lands and easements registered on title to Bell Canada  as required

READ A FIRST TIME AND READ A SECOND TIME THIS 10TH DAY OF JANUARY 2012 AND READ A THIRD TIME AND FINALLY PASSED IN OPEN THIS 10TH  DAY OF  JANUARY 2012
