BEING a By-law to Stop up, Close and Convey to adjoining Owners

Part of the Original Shore Road Allowance fronting their property

WHEREAS The Council of the Corporation of the Township of Strong has deemed it expedient and in the interest of the Township of Strong hereinafter called the Township, and that the Original Shore Road Allowance be stopped up, closed and conveyed to the adjoining land owner(s) and as follows:

1. Part of the Original Shore Road Allowance in front of Con 13, Part Lot 1 & Part Lot 2 , Lot 26, Plan 1996-Cheer Lake, Part 26, P.I.N. 52077-0044(LT), Township of Strong, District of Parry Sound, and more particularly described as Part 1 on a Plan of Survey deposited in the office of Land Titles at Parry Sound as Plan 42R1847.

2. Part of the Original Shore Road Allowance in front of Con. 13, Part Lot 1 & Part Lot 2, Lot 27, Plan 1996 Cheer Lake, Part 27, P.I.N. 52077-0043 (LT), Township of Strong, District of Parry Sound, and more particularly described as Part 2, Part 3 and Part 4 on a Plan of Survey deposited in the office of the Land Titles at Parry Sound as Plan 42R1847.

3. Part of the Original Shore Road Allowance in front of Con. 13, Part Lot 1 & Part Lot 2, Lot 28, Plan 1996 –Cheer Lake, Part 28, P.I.N. 52077-0042(LT) , Township of Strong, District of Parry Sound, and more particularly described as Part 5, Part 6, & Part 7, on a Plan of Survey deposited in the office of the Land Titles at Parry Sound as Plan 42R1847.

4. Part of the Original Shore Road Allowance in front of Con. 13, Part Lot 1 & Part Lot 2, Lot 29, Plan 1996-Cheer Lake, Part 29, P.I.N. 52077-0041(LT), Township of Strong, District of Parry Sound, and more particularly described as Part 8 & Part 9, on a Plan of Survey deposited in the office of the Land Titles at Parry Sound as Plan 42R1847.

AND WHEREAS notice of the proposed by-law was published in the Almaguin News published weekly in the District of Parry Sound on September 10, 2009 and September 17, 2009 as per Road Closing By-law Policies.

AND WHEREAS notice of the proposed by-law was posted up for at least a month in the most public place in the neighbourhood of the said roads;

NOW THEREFORE THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWNSHIP OF STRONG DOES HEREBY ENACT AS FOLLOWS:

1. That upon and after the passing of this By-law all that portion of the Original Shore Road Allowance as outlined above, in the Township of Strong, District of Parry Sound, be and the same, is hereby stopped up and closed and conveyed to the adjoining Land Owner.

2. A copy of this by-law will be Registered on Title at the Time of Registering the Deed for the Lands.
