By-law 2010-026

Being a By-law to enter into a Development Agreement

with the Near North District School Board

WHEREAS Section 26 of the Interpretation Act and Section 41 of the Planning Act enables Municipalities to enter into Development Agreements and Site Plan Agreements for the purpose of addressing matters of municipal or public interest;

AND WHEREAS the Township of Strong deems it necessary to enter into a Development Agreement for lands legally described as Part 1, R.P. 42R18800 located in Part of Lot 31 and 32, Concession 14 in the Township of Strong, District of Parry Sound which have been zoned to permit a secondary school;

NOW THEREFORE the Township of Strong hereby enters into the attached Development Agreement which was signed by the Near North District School Board and dated June 28, 2010.
