Being a By-law to enter into a Development Agreement

with Mrs. Iris Smith-Detta

WHEREAS Section 26 of the Interpretation Act and Section 41 of the Planning Act enables Municipalities to enter into Development Agreements and Site Plan Agreements for the purpose of addressing matters of municipal or public interest;

AND WHEREAS the Township of Strong deems it necessary to enter into a Development Agreement for lands legally described as Part 3, Parcel 23108, RP-42R10101, Part Lot 24, Concession 12, in the Township of Strong, District of Parry Sound which have been zoned to permit the operation of bus storage and maintenance yard within the rural designation RU Exception 12;

NOW THEREFORE the Township of Strong hereby enters into the attached Development Agreement which was signed by the Mrs. Iris Smith-Detta and dated January 25, 2011.
