THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWNSHIP OF
STRONG
BY-LAW 2010-027
Being
a Deeming By-law to designate Lots 27, 28, 29 AND 30 of Plan M42, not to be lots
on a Registered Plan of Subdivision.

WHEREAS
Registered Plan M42 for the geographic Township of Strong, was registered on
the 25th day of April, 1960;
AND WHEREAS the
owners of Lots 27, 28, 29 & 30 of Registered Plan M42 has applied to the
municipality to have these lots deemed not to be lots on a Registered Plan of
Subdivision pursuant to Section 50(4) of the
Planning Act, R.S.O. 1990, c. P. 13, as amended, so that the lots will not
be lots on a Registered Plan of Subdivision for the purposes of Section 50(3)
of the Planning Act;
NOW THEREFORE
the Council of the Corporation of the Township of Strong enacts as follows:
1. Deeming
Lots
27, 28, 29 & 30 on Registered Plan M42 in the geographic Township of Strong,
pursuant to Section 50(4) of the Planning Act, R.S.O. 1990, c. P. 13, is deemed
not to be lots on a Registered Plan of Subdivision for the purposes of Section
50(3) of the said Planning Act.
2. Notice
Within
thirty (30) days of the passing of this By-law, the Clerk shall give to each
person appearing on the last revised Assessment Roll as the owner of land to
which this By-law applies, notice of the passing of this By-law. This notice shall be sent to the last known
address and set out the date that Council will hear representations from such
lot owners or their agents with respect to the passage of this By-law.
