Being a by-law to confirm the proceedings of Council at its meetings

held between November 10, 2010 to March 31, 2011

WHEREAS the Corporation of the Township of Strong deems it desirable to confirm the proceedings of council at its meetings held between the date of November 10, 2010 to March 31, 2011.

NOW THEREFORE the council of the Corporation of the Township of Strong hereby enacts as follows:

1. That each motion, resolution and other action passed and taken by the Council at its meetings as listed below for the First Quarter of 2011 are, except where prior approval of the Ontario Municipal Board is required, hereby adopted, ratified and confirmed.

1. The Mayor and the Clerk of the Township of Strong are hereby authorized and directed to all things necessary to give effect to the said action or to obtain approval where required and except where otherwise provided, the Mayor and the Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to affix the Corporate Seal of the Municipality to all such documents.
