BEING a By-law to Stop up, Close and Convey to adjoining Owners

Part of the Original Shore Road Allowance fronting their property

WHEREAS The Council of the Corporation of the Township of Strong has deemed it expedient and in the interest of the Township of Strong hereinafter called the Township, and that the Original Shore Road Allowance be stopped up, closed and conveyed to the adjoining land owner(s) and as follows:

1. Part of the Original Shore Road Allowance in front of Concession 13, Lot 1 Part 25, Township of Strong, District of Parry Sound, and more particularly described as Part 1, Part 2, Part 3 and Part 4 on a Plan of Survey deposited in the office of Land Titles at Parry Sound as Plan 42R19035, and on a Plan of Survey deposited in the office of Land Titles at Parry Sound as Plan 42R19035 known as Part 25 Cheer Lake Road.

AND WHEREAS notice of the proposed by-law was published in the Almaguin News published weekly in the District of Parry Sound on March 25,2 010 and April 8, 2010 as per Road Closing By-law Policies.

AND WHEREAS notice of the proposed by-law was posted up for at least a month in the most public place in the neighbourhood of the said roads;

NOW THEREFORE THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWNSHIP OF STRONG DOES HEREBY ENACT AS FOLLOWS:

1. That upon and after the passing of this By-law all that portion of the Original Shore Road Allowance as outlined above, in the Township of Strong, District of Parry Sound, be and the same, is hereby stopped up and closed and conveyed to the adjoining Land Owner subject to easements on Part 2 and Part 4 to Hydro One

READ A FIRST TIME AND READ A SECOND TIME THIS 27^TH DAY OF April 2010 AND READ A THIRD TIME AND FINALLY PASSED IN OPEN COUNCIL
