BEING a By-law to Stop up, Close and Convey to adjoining Owners

That Portion of the Colonization Road Allowance within their property

WHEREAS The Council of the Corporation of the Township of Strong has deemed it expedient and in the interest of the Township of Strong hereinafter called the Township, and that the Colonization Allowance for Road be stopped up, closed and conveyed to the adjoining land owner(s) and as follows:

1. Part of the Colonization Allowance for Road within Con 9, Lot 11, Township of Strong, District of Parry Sound and more particularly described as Parts 6, 7 and 8 on a Plan of Survey deposited in the Office of Land Titles at Parry Sound as Plan 42R18060/

NOW THEREFORE THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWNSHIP OF STRONG DOES HEREBY ENACT AS FOLLOWS:

1. That upon and after the passing of this By-law all that portion of the Colonization Allowance for Road as outlined above, in the Township of Strong, District of Parry Sound, be and the same, is hereby stopped up and closed and conveyed to the Land Owner.

2. A copy of this by-law will be Registered on Title at the Time of Registering the Deed for the Lands. The Mayor and Clerk are hereby authorized to execute the deed for the Land
