their property

Part of the Original Allowance
for Road in front of Con 6, Lot 17,
AND WHEREAS Part 1 of Plan
42R16198 has been given by the Township in exchange for Part 4 on a plan of
survey deposited in the office of Land Titles at Parry Sound as Plan 42R16198
to satisfy conditions of severance in the creation of Part 2 Plan 42R16198 to
which Part 1 of Plan 42R16198 will be added in order to give direct access to
the road known as High Rock Dr. for the severed lot.
NOW THEREFORE THE COUNCIL OF THE
CORPORATION OF THE
1. That upon and after the passing of this By-law all that portion of the Original Allowance for Road as outlined above, in the Township of Strong, District of Parry Sound, be and the same, is hereby stopped up and closed and conveyed to the adjoining Land Owner.
2.
A copy of this by-law will be Registered
on Title at the Time of Registering the Deed for the Lands. The Mayor and Clerk are hereby authorized to
execute the deed for the Land
