BEING a by-law to temporarily close a portion of a

street in the Township of Strong

WHEREAS pursuant to the provisions of the Section 42, and also Section 27(1) of the Municipal Act, 2001, Municipalities may pass by-laws to temporarily close a street within its boundaries;

AND WHEREAS it is deemed expedient to temporarily close a portion of a street or road described as Black Creek Road, that section being between Concession 4 and Concession 5 from Lot 5 to Lot 8 from Hwy #11 to Rodeo Rd in order to complete embankments for the interchange ramps, and a portion of the future southbound lanes of the new four-lane highway on Black Creek Road from Hwy #11 to Rodeo Rd.

NOW THEREFORE THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWNSHIP OF STRONG DOES HEREBY ENACT AS FOLLOWS:

1. That the portion of the Road described as Black Creek Road and the section being at Concession 4 and Concession 5, from Lot 5 to Lot 8 will be closed in order to compete embankments for the interchange ramps, and a portion of the future southbound lanes of the new four-lane highway on Black Creek Road from Hwy #11 to Rodeo Rd. Black Creek Road will be Closed from approximately April 23, 2008 to May 31^st 2010.
