BEING a By-law to Stop up, Close and Convey to adjoining Owners

WHEREAS the Council of the Corporation of the Township of Strong has deemed it expedient and in the interest of the Township of Strong hereinafter called the Township that the Original Shore Road Allowance be stopped up, closed and conveyed to the adjoining land owner(s) and as follows:

1. Part of the Original Shore Road Allowance in front of Con 4, Pt. Lot 22, Plan M56, Lot 12, Parcel 17382 Parry Sound South Section, Pin #52075-0200 (LT) Township of Strong, District of Parry Sound and more particularly described as Part 1 on a Plan of Survey deposited in the Office of Land Titles at Parry Sound as Plan 42R18249 on S. Lake Bernard Rd Roll #4946 004 022 02800

2. Part of the Original Shore Road Allowance in front of Con 6 Lot 16 Plan M113, Lot 7, Pin #52075-0393 (LT) Township of Strong, District of Parry Sound and more particularly described as Part 1 on a Plan of Survey deposited in the office of Land Titles at Parry Sound as Plan 42R18203, 655 High Rock Dr Roll #4946 006 016 012

3. Part of the Original Shore Road Allowance in front of Con 8 Lot 27, Plan M49 Lot 18 PIN #52075-0044 (LT), Township of Strong, District of Parry Sound and more particularly described as Part 1 on a Plan of Survey deposited in the Office of Land Titles at Parry Sound as Plan 42R18085, 490 Lakeshore Dr Roll 4946 008 027 05800

4 Part of the Original Shore Road Allowance in front of Con 8, Lot 27, Plan M49 Lot 12 & 13 PIN #52075-038 and PIN#52075-0040 Township of Strong, District of Parry Sound and more particularly described as Part 1 on a Plan of Survey deposited in the Office of Land Titles at Parry Sound as Plan 42R18281, 476 Lakeshore Dr

AND WHEREAS notice of this By-law has been published in the Almaguin News newspaper published weekly for four successive weeks in the District of Parry Sound;

AND WHEREAS Notice of this has been Posted up for at least one month in the most public places in the neighbourhood of the said road to be stopped up, closed and conveyed;

NOW THEREFORE the Council of the Corporation of the Township of Strong does hereby Enact as follows:

1. That upon and after the passing of this By-law all that portion of the Shore Road Allowance as outlined above, in the Township of Strong, District of Parry Sound, be and the same, is hereby stopped up and closed and conveyed to the Adjoining Land Owner.

2. A Copy of this by-law will be Registered on Title at the Time of Registering the Deed.
